The first generation of the Wiesmann MF5 Tributo debuted as a bespoke, ultra-limited sports car strictly capped at five customer vehicles worldwide. Built around a lightweight aluminum chassis and composite body panels, the vehicle employs a front-mid-engine layout optimized for direct driving dynamics. Its exterior styling stays true to the brand's heritage, characterized by the signature horseshoe front grille, dramatically sweeping fenders, and a compact, low-slung cockpit.

While original MF5 models relied on BMW's naturally aspirated 5.0-liter S85 V10 or twin-turbo S63 V8 powerplants, the new Tributo transitions to contemporary turbocharged BMW M V8 propulsion paired with a high-performance transmission powering the rear wheels. The cockpit features bespoke, handcrafted leather tailoring and an array of analog gauges, catering to collectors seeking an unfiltered mechanical driving experience.
