First generation of the Volvo EM90 luxury electric MPV built on the SEA platform, in production since 2023.
The Volvo EM90 luxury electric MPV debuted in Shanghai in November 2023. Developed on Geely's Sustainable Experience Architecture (SEA) platform shared with the Zeekr 009, it is produced as an MPV featuring a lavish 6-seat (2+2+2) cabin configuration with executive second-row lounge chairs.
Powered by a rear-mounted 272 hp electric motor mated to a 116 kWh CATL battery, it yields up to 738 km of range on the CLTC cycle. Interior appointments highlight a 21-speaker Bowers & Wilkins sound system and a fold-down 15.6-inch roof monitor.
