The first model in the history of SEAT.
The 1400, a licensed copy of the Fiat 1400, became a symbol of post-war Spain's industrialization. It was a comfortable business-class sedan equipped with a petrol engine. The car laid the foundation for vehicle production in the country and was in high demand among government officials and taxi operators.
