The flagship NIO ET9 executive sedan is built on the 900V NT 3.0 architecture, featuring a steer-by-wire system, ultra-fast charging capability, and a luxurious four-seat interior layout.
The flagship NIO ET9 executive sedan entered production in 2025 as the inaugural vehicle constructed on the third-generation NT 3.0 platform with a 900-volt electrical architecture. Measuring over 5.3 meters in length with a 3.25-meter wheelbase, the vehicle adopts a streamlined luxury fastback silhouette. The dual-motor all-wheel drive powertrain pairs a 245-horsepower front AC induction motor with a 462-horsepower rear permanent magnet motor using W-pin windings and silicon carbide power modules, delivering a combined output of 707 horsepower. Output is directed via single-speed gearboxes to all four wheels. The chassis integrates SkyRide fully active electro-hydraulic suspension, steer-by-wire technology, and rear-wheel steering. A 102 kWh nickel-manganese-cobalt battery supports 600 kW ultra-fast direct-current charging capable of replenishing 250 kilometers of range in five minutes, alongside full battery swap compatibility. The four-seat executive cabin includes a 15.6-inch main AMOLED display, twin 14.5-inch rear passenger screens, an executive center console with folding tray tables and a refrigerator, and an autonomous driving system powered by dual 5-nanometer Shenji processors.
