Debuting in 2023, the NIO EC7 is a mid-size luxury coupe crossover SUV built upon the NT 2.0 platform. Designed with a sweeping coupe roofline and an active rear spoiler, it achieves a class-leading drag coefficient of 0.230. The dual-motor all-wheel drive system blends a 245-horsepower front induction motor with a 408-horsepower rear permanent magnet synchronous motor, delivering a combined total of 653 horsepower and 850 Newton-meters of torque to accelerate from zero to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds. Power distribution is managed by single-speed gearboxes alongside an intelligent air suspension system with dynamic damping. Customers can choose between 75 kWh, 100 kWh, and 150 kWh battery options, allowing a CLTC driving range of up to 940 kilometers alongside battery swap capability. The upscale cabin comes equipped with an electrochromic dimmable panoramic glass roof, a Queen seat for the front passenger with recliner leg rest and massage, a 12.8-inch AMOLED central display, a 23-speaker Dolby Atmos audio system, and the Aquila LiDAR sensor array paired with the Adam supercomputer. The EC7 is marketed in China and Europe.
