MG Cyberster I gallery (2023–present)

The MG Cyberster was officially unveiled in 2023 ahead of the centenary celebration of the historic British marque Morris Garages, marking the brand's long-awaited return to the pure two-seater sports convertible segment previously occupied by the MG TF. Developed under parent company SAIC Motor, the Cyberster is underpinned by the advanced Modular Scalable Platform (MSP, also known as the Nebula architecture). It is styled as a classic open-top roadster with an electrically folding fabric roof and striking motorized scissor doors equipped with ultrasonic sensors to prevent collisions. Powertrain options include a single-motor rear-wheel-drive setup producing around 314 to 340 metric horsepower, and an all-wheel-drive dual-motor configuration delivering 544 horsepower, capable of accelerating from zero to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds. Energy is supplied by ternary lithium-ion battery packs offering capacities of either 64 kWh or 77 kWh, paired with single-speed fixed-ratio reduction gear transmissions. The chassis was tuned with input from former Formula 1 chassis engineers, featuring double-wishbone front suspension and an independent multi-link rear axle for dynamic agility. Inside, it features a wrap-around multi-screen digital cockpit. The Cyberster is sold across China, the United Kingdom, continental Europe, Australia, and select global export markets.
