MG 4 I (EH32) gallery (2022–present)

Introduced in 2022, the MG4 EV (marketed in China as the MG Mulan, internal code EH32) represents a clean-sheet battery electric five-door hatchback engineered for global competitiveness under SAIC Motor stewardship. Underpinned by SAIC's dedicated Modular Scalable Platform (Nebula MSP), the MG4 features a rear-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive layout with an ultra-thin 'One Pack' battery pack measuring only 110 mm in height to maximize cabin space and achieve 50:50 weight distribution. Suspension employs front MacPherson struts and an independent five-link rear axle. Powertrain choices range from a single rear-mounted motor generating 170 hp with a 51 kWh LFP battery or 204 hp with a 64 kWh NMC battery, yielding WLTP driving ranges between 350 and 450 km. In 2023, the lineup expanded with a 77 kWh Extended Range model producing 245 hp, alongside the high-performance dual-motor XPOWER edition delivering 435 hp and a 0-100 km/h sprint time of just 3.8 seconds.
