First generation of the mid-size luxury electric crossover Mercedes-Benz EQE SUV (X294), debuting in late 2022 on the EVA platform.
The Mercedes-Benz EQE SUV (chassis code X294) debuted in October 2022 as the high-riding crossover equivalent of the EQE sedan. Built on the dedicated EVA2 platform, the SUV features a slightly shorter 3,030 mm wheelbase than its sedan sibling to improve maneuverability, complemented by optional 10-degree rear-axle steering.
The lineup comprises EQE 300, EQE 350+, EQE 350 4MATIC, EQE 500 4MATIC, and high-performance AMG EQE 43 and AMG EQE 53 4MATIC+ variants producing up to 687 hp. A 90.6 kWh battery yields a maximum WLTP range of up to 590 km. High-tech features include AIRMATIC air suspension, off-road driving modes, and the MBUX Hyperscreen dashboard.
