The third-generation Mercedes-Benz CLA (chassis code C174) introduced in 2025 serves as the flagship model for the all-new Mercedes-Benz Modular Architecture (MMA). Drawing heavy styling inspiration from the Concept CLA Class, it offers both battery-electric (BEV) variants and advanced 48V mild-hybrid petrol configurations. The sleek four-door coupe features a highly aerodynamic profile, star-patterned LED lighting signatures, and the proprietary MB.OS operating system with supercomputer integration.
The electric CLA features an 800-volt electrical architecture capable of DC fast charging up to 320 kW, adding 300 km of range in just 10 minutes. A high-density battery with silicon-oxide anodes yields a WLTP range exceeding 750 km. Hybrid models utilize a 1.5-liter M252 engine paired with an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission containing an integrated 27 hp electric motor.
