Mercedes-Benz AMG ONE I (C298) gallery (2022–present)

The AMG ONE hypercar featuring a Formula 1 hybrid powertrain has been produced in a limited run of 275 units since 2022.

The Mercedes-AMG ONE (C298) hypercar was first unveiled as the Project One concept in 2017 before entering serial production in 2022. The landmark achievement of the AMG ONE is adapting a genuine Formula 1 hybrid powertrain (derived from the championship-winning Mercedes-AMG F1 W07 Hybrid) for road-legal operation. Built around a carbon-fiber monocoque, it incorporates active aerodynamic flaps and an extending multi-stage rear wing.

Its complex plug-in hybrid powertrain integrates a 1.6-liter turbocharged V6 engine (revving up to 11,000 rpm) with four electric motors (MGU-K, MGU-H, and two powering the front axle) to deliver a combined 1,063 hp. Power is routed through a custom 7-speed automated manual transmission and variable AMG Performance 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive with torque vectoring. In 2022, the AMG ONE set the official record for the fastest production car around the Nürburgring Nordschleife with a lap time of 6:35.183. Production is capped at 275 units.
