Lexus RZ I (EB10) gallery (2022–present)
The dedicated electric Lexus RZ 450e (EB10) crossover debuted in 2022 built on the e-TNGA EV platform with Direct4 all-wheel drive.
The first-generation Lexus RZ electric crossover (chassis code EB10) premiered globally in April 2022 for the 2023 model year. Serving as Lexus's first globally available dedicated battery electric vehicle (BEV), it was developed on the e-TNGA platform. The sleek exterior incorporates the aerodynamic Spindle Body motif, dual rear roof spoilers, and a full-width rear light bar. The Tazuna interior offers an available Steer-by-Wire yoke system, dimmable panoramic glass roof, and a 14-inch touchscreen interface.
Variants include the front-wheel-drive RZ 300e (201 hp) and the dual-motor all-wheel-drive RZ 450e generating 308 total horsepower governed by Lexus's Direct4 dynamic torque vectoring system. Power is supplied by a 71.4 kWh lithium-ion battery package enabling a driving range of up to 220 miles. Safety systems include Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 and Safe Exit Assist integrated into the E-Latch doors.
