The first-generation Leapmotor C11 is a mid-size crossover SUV in production since September 2021, representing a core volume model for the automaker. Built on Leapmotor's mid-size modular EV architecture, the vehicle features a 5-door SUV body with a double-wishbone front suspension and five-link independent rear suspension setup. Available powertrain configurations include fully electric (BEV) and range-extended electric (EREV) variants. The BEV model comes in single-motor rear-wheel drive (200 kW / 272 hp) or dual-motor all-wheel drive (400 kW / 544 hp) setups, with battery capacities of 78.5 kWh or 90 kWh. The EREV version incorporates a 1.2-liter or 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline range-extender paired with a 43.7 kWh battery pack, offering up to 1,024 km of total combined driving range. All versions operate using a single-speed reduction gear transmission. The interior is characterized by a triple-screen dashboard layout containing a 12.8-inch central display alongside dedicated screens for the driver and front passenger. Cabin features encompass Nappa leather upholstery with heated and ventilated massage seating, a panoramic sunroof, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 processor, and Level 2 ADAS powered by 28 sensors. The C11 is marketed in China and select international regions.
