Isuzu Midi I (WFR) gallery (1986–1996)

Isuzu Midi was produced as a compact delivery van and minivan based on licensed General Motors and Bedford platforms.

The Isuzu Midi series was introduced to the market in 1986 as an evolution of Isuzu's compact van lineup, widely recognized as the Fargo or Bedford Midi in European markets. The vehicle featured a cab-over semi-forward control layout with front-engine, rear-wheel or four-wheel-drive configurations. Engine options initially included 2.0-liter and 2.2-liter petrol units, later supplemented by robust 2.4-liter diesel powerplants. Throughout its production run, the model received interior revisions to improve cabin accessibility, with primary sales concentrated in Europe, Japan, and various Asian markets where it gained praise for spatial efficiency.
