Isuzu Filly I (E50) gallery (1999–2002)
The first-generation Isuzu Filly (E50) was a rebadged version of the Nissan Elgrand large passenger van marketed in Japan.
The Isuzu Filly generation E50 was manufactured from 1999 through 2002 as an OEM-supplied variant of the Nissan Elgrand. Available in both rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive configurations, it featured a spacious multi-row cabin designed to accommodate up to eight passengers in high comfort. The vehicle was equipped with robust powertrain options, including 3.2-liter and 3.5-liter gasoline engines as well as a 3.0-liter turbodiesel powerplant paired with an automatic transmission. Targeted exclusively at the Japanese domestic market, it served large families and executive transport needs. Minor running changes were introduced in late 2000, updating trim levels and equipment grades, before Isuzu withdrew from the passenger minivan segment entirely.
