The third generation of the model, developed in an alliance with Mazda and equipped with advanced safety systems.
The third generation of the Isuzu D-Max debuted in late 2019 and is based on an all-new platform developed in close partnership with Mazda. The vehicle received a stiffer body structure, an improved suspension, and an advanced suite of active safety systems. The engine lineup includes a proven 3.0-liter diesel and an upgraded 1.9-liter motor, paired with 6-speed manual or automatic gearboxes. In 2024–2025, the model underwent a scheduled facelift featuring a refreshed grille, an upgraded infotainment system, and enhanced electronic off-road modes, alongside the introduction of a fully electric version (D-Max EV). The pickup is sold globally, including major markets in Thailand, Australia, the UK, and Europe.
