Hyundai i10 I (PA) gallery (2007–2013)
The first-generation Hyundai i10 (PA) subcompact hatchback was produced from 2007 to 2013, replacing the Atos in international markets.
The first-generation Hyundai i10 with factory chassis code PA premiered in October 2007 in New Delhi, India. Developed on a revised Hyundai-Kia SA platform, the model was engineered primarily for European and Asian urban commuters. Produced exclusively as a five-door hatchback, it featured a tall-roof body structure that maximized interior cabin volume within compact exterior dimensions.
Engine offerings included 1.1-liter Epsilon and 1.2-liter Kappa four-cylinder gasoline engines, alongside a 1.1-liter three-cylinder CRDi turbodiesel. Transmissions consisted of a five-speed manual and a four-speed automatic. A mid-cycle facelift in late 2010 introduced Hyundai's hexagonal front grille design language and updated interior instrument controls.
