Haval H6 I gallery (2011–2017)
Produced from 2011 through 2020, the first generation Haval H6 established the brand's market dominance as China's best-selling crossover SUV for several consecutive years.
The inaugural Haval H6 crossover originally launched under the Great Wall banner before spearheading the dedicated Haval brand lineup. Built on a unibody chassis with front MacPherson struts and an independent multi-link rear axle, the vehicle catered to family transport needs. Engine choices comprised a 1.5-litre GW4G15 turbocharged petrol unit delivering 150 horsepower alongside naturally aspirated 2.0-litre and 2.4-litre Mitsubishi engines. Diesel variants received a 2.0-litre GW4D20 turbodiesel producing 150 horsepower. Transmissions ranged from five- and six-speed manual gearboxes to four- and six-speed automatic units. Front-wheel drive was standard while an electromagnetic all-wheel-drive system was optional. Interior features included leather seating, automatic climate control, parking sensors, and a touchscreen media player. Everyday practicality was boosted by a generous cargo volume exceeding 800 litres with folded rear seats. Assembly took place in China, Bulgaria, and Iran for global distribution.
