The Ford Equator is a three-row mid-size crossover SUV developed by the Jiangling-Ford joint venture for the Chinese market in 2021.

The Ford Equator debuted in March 2021 as a flagship family crossover produced by the Jiangling Motors-Ford joint venture (JMC-Ford) in China. Featuring a three-row seating configuration available in 6-seat or 7-seat layouts, the vehicle spans nearly 4.9 meters in length. Exterior styling is highlighted by a prominent octagonal front grille, split LED headlight assemblies, and a panoramic glass roof.

Initial models were powered by a 2.0-liter EcoBoost turbocharged inline-four gasoline engine generating 224 hp, mated to a 6-speed wet dual-clutch automatic transmission with front-wheel drive or optional all-wheel drive. In 2024, the Equator underwent a facelift and introduced a plug-in hybrid (PHEV) powertrain pairing a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine with an electric motor.
