Ford Bronco Sport I (CX430) gallery (2020–present)
The Ford Bronco Sport is a retro-styled compact all-wheel drive crossover SUV built on the Ford C2 unibody platform and introduced in 2020.
The Ford Bronco Sport debuted in July 2020 alongside the body-on-frame Bronco SUV, expanding Ford's rugged vehicle family. Despite sharing a retro-inspired boxy aesthetic with the larger Bronco, the Sport is built on a unibody structure using the modular Ford C2 platform shared with the Escape/Kuga. Manufactured at the Hermosillo plant in Mexico, all Bronco Sport models come standard with all-wheel drive.
Engine options include EcoBoost turbocharged gasoline units: a 1.5-liter three-cylinder producing 181 hp and a 2.0-liter four-cylinder delivering 250 hp, both mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Advanced trims like the Badlands and Sasquatch feature a dual-clutch rear-drive unit with differential lock simulation, increased ground clearance, and GOAT (Goes Over Any Type of Terrain) drive modes. The vehicle received updated styling packages and technological enhancements for the 2025 model year.
