The 612 Scaglietti replaced the 456 model, offering an all-aluminum chassis and body construction, which significantly improved handling and performance. The car received a more futuristic design and became much more spacious inside. Under the hood was a 5.7-liter V12 that provided thrilling dynamics for such a large car. The model is named after the famous coachbuilder Sergio Scaglietti.
