About this generation
The first affordable budget sedan built on the Renault B0 platform.
The first generation Logan marked Dacia's rebirth. Based on a simplified Renault B0 architecture, it focused on durability and cost-effectiveness. The lineup included a sedan, an MCV estate, a pickup, and a van. Engine options primarily featured 1.4L and 1.6L petrol units alongside the efficient 1.5 dCi diesel. It gained massive popularity in emerging markets for its ruggedness and low maintenance costs.
