About this generation
The first generation of the Sebring, initially introduced in coupe and convertible body styles.
The first-gen Sebring replaced the LeBaron. While the coupe and convertible had different origins, they shared the Sebring name and became popular due to their stylish appearance and affordability. These models targeted a younger audience seeking a comfortable cruiser.
