Changan UNI-Z I gallery (2024–present)

Launched in March 2024, the Changan UNI-Z entered the market as a dedicated plug-in hybrid crossover expanding the brand's UNI line. Built on an optimized front-wheel-drive hybrid architecture, the crossover displays a wide parametric front grille, sharp LED headlamps, a floating roof profile, and connected taillights. The chassis employs a MacPherson front suspension and a rear multi-link independent setup for refined ride dynamics. Power is generated by the Blue Whale iDD plug-in hybrid powertrain, uniting a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine producing 98 horsepower with a powerful 215-horsepower electric motor mated to an E-CVT gearbox. A lithium iron phosphate battery provides an electric-only driving range of up to 125 km. Inside, the cabin features a floating 14.6-inch infotainment touchscreen, a digital gauge cluster, ambient LED illumination, and synthetic leather upholstery. Equipped with Level 2 driving assist and AI voice integration, it serves key domestic and international markets.
