Changan Linmax I gallery (2017–2020)

The Changan Linmax compact seven-seater MPV, also marketed in mainland China as the Changan Lingxuan, was produced from 2017 through 2020. Developed to cater to growing demand for versatile family vehicles and passenger shuttle services, the model combined traditional multi-purpose vehicle utility with passenger car comfort. Built on a front-wheel-drive platform featuring front MacPherson struts and a rear torsion-beam suspension, the Linmax measures 4730 mm in length, 1795 mm in width, and sits on a generous 2760 mm wheelbase. The interior features a 2+2+3 seating configuration with individual captain chairs in the middle row that slide and recline for enhanced comfort. Under the bonnet, buyers could choose between a 1.6-liter naturally aspirated four-cylinder petrol engine producing 125 horsepower and a 1.5-liter turbocharged unit generating 156 horsepower. Transmission choices included 5-speed or 6-speed manual gearboxes alongside a 6-speed automatic supplied by Aisin. Interior equipment offered an infotainment screen, multi-zone air conditioning with rear ceiling vents, leatherette upholstery, a power sunroof, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, and parking sensors. The Linmax was sold in China and exported to select South American and Middle Eastern countries.
