BYD Seal 06 I gallery (2024–present)

The first-generation BYD Seal 06 mid-size sedan arrived in 2024 as part of the Ocean Series product lineup. The model is offered in plug-in hybrid Seal 06 DM-i and battery-electric Seal 06 EV configurations. The hybrid variant utilizes the DM-i 5.0 platform featuring a 1.5-liter engine with 46.06 percent thermal efficiency, recording fuel consumption as low as 2.9 liters per 100 kilometers. The fully electric version utilizes the e-Platform 3.0 Evo architecture with rear-wheel drive and an 800-volt electrical system. Pure electric ranges span from 80 to 120 kilometers for the hybrid model and up to 605 kilometers for the electric variant. The exterior features sleek aerodynamic contours and flush door handles. Inside, the cabin contains a 15.6-inch rotating touchscreen, head-up display, wireless smartphone charging, and the DiPilot driver-assist system. Globally, the model is also marketed in select regions as the Seal 6.
