Launched in 2025, the BYD Han L executive sedan bearing model codes HC2H for plug-in hybrids and HC2E for electric models is positioned as an enlarged, higher-tier flagship sedan above the regular Han. The car features a four-door luxury sedan profile with an extended wheelbase, sleek fastback proportions, and a refined Dragon Face front design. Hybrid variants utilize BYD fifth-generation DM-i 5.0 technology, pairing a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine with high-output electric motors and an E-CVT transmission for high efficiency. Pure electric models rest upon the Super e-Platform with an 800V high-voltage architecture, enabling ultra-fast charging capabilities via second-generation Blade Batteries. The opulent interior includes premium Nappa leather seats with massage functions, rear executive captain seats, an augmented reality head-up display, and a massive central touchscreen running the newest DiLink ecosystem.
