An ultra-exclusive official state limousine custom-built by the Mulliner division in just two examples for the Golden Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II.
The Bentley State Limousine was engineered and handcrafted by Bentley's bespoke Mulliner division specifically for Queen Elizabeth II's Golden Jubilee in 2002. Built upon a heavily modified and lengthened platform borrowed from the Bentley Arnage R luxury saloon, the vehicle was tailored to meet exacting royal ceremonial and security standards. The coachwork features an elevated roofline with panoramic glass areas and rear coach doors that open up to ninety degrees, facilitating an effortless and dignified entry and exit for the monarch. Propulsion is provided by a 6.75-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine generating 400 horsepower, coupled with a heavy-duty four-speed automatic transmission sourced from General Motors. The limousine incorporates extensive ballistic armoring, blast-resistant underbody shielding, an airtight cabin filtration system, and bespoke wool and leather upholstery. Only two bespoke units were ever produced, operating exclusively within the British Royal Fleet for formal state occasions and royal duties.
