Bespoke Car Service from Volvo
Volvo wants to launch a bespoke service for clients who would like more unique or high-end colours on their vehicles.
The luxury Volvos became popular when the First Edition XC90s with the price of £68,000 was sold out in 2 days even though it was available in one colour scheme and trim option. The automaker says that the demand from high-end clients with a wish to customize their vehicles increases.
The company’s chief of product in the UK says that work is ongoing to see what possibilities are there. They want something reminding the Range Rover Autobiography. Though, they have to understand the basics correctly.
There were mock-ups and discussions on the Concept 26 cabin. They look close to production.
The automaker’s Concept 26 was created to show the next-gen’s appearance. It was introduced at the motor show in Los Angeles last November.
