325,000 Pre-Orders of Tesla Model 3, Gifts for Early Clients

The Model 3 from Tesla is being pre-ordered. The automaker received more than 325,000 reservations last week.

The company claims that it had more than 180,000 reservations during first 24 hours. Actually, it was the record for “the highest single-day sales” of any product of any kind in the whole world history. As far as we know, Sony would argue this statement as it sold a million PlayStation 4 gaming consoles in America during the 1st day of its sales.

Tesla is sure that this is a great achievement. The interest appeared organically and the company did not spend money on advertising. The company says that its employees worked hard and its customers strongly believe in what they want to achieve.

Elon Musk revealed clients who were eager to buy the considered vehicle on launch day that they will receive some special presents in the mail. Nobody knows what they should expect. The CEO told that he expected 20-30 people waiting in the line near the store, but not 800.

It is known that the Model 3 sprints 0-60 mph in almost 6 seconds. It can ride up to 215 miles on a single charge. The vehicle will cost $35,000. The production plans for the vehicle will increase and waiting times will be decreased.
