Information about Subaru Starlink Packages and their Price
Subaru has informed the price of its latest Starlink connected services and packages.
The Japanese producer’s in-vehicle platform guarantees hands-free connectivity, safety and entertainment services. Touchscreen audio and navigation systems will be integrated in select 2016 Subaru offerings. Subaru Starlink connected services receive power from Sirius XM Connected Vehicles Services, Customers have a possibility to obtain it in two variants: Starlink Safety Plus & Security Plus and Starlink Safety Plus.
The first package will include Vehicle Security Alarm Notification, Remote Horn and Lighs, Stolen Vehicle Recovery Service, Remote Vehicle Locator and Remote Lock/Unlock. This larger kit will cost $49 for the first year. Afterwards, the two-year subscription will cost $149.
The smaller and cheaper package is called the Starlink Safety Plus. It will provide SOS Emergency Assistance, Maintenance Notifications, Diagnostic Alerts, Automatic Collision Notifications, Monthly Vehicle Health Report and Enhanced Roadside Assistance. A one-year subscription will be obtained by the customers together with purchasing the car. A two-year subscription will cost $99.
Sirius XM Connected Vehicle Services and built-in AT&T 4G LTE wireless capability provide the model 24/7/365 access to Starlink advisors.
Many Subaru vehicles will be equipped with the Starlink 6.2-inch touchscreen. The 7-inch screen featuring multi-gesture touch controls can be obtained optionally on select offerings.
