The first Skoda electric car has shown

Skoda presented a Citigo-e iV car at a special event in Bratislava.

The novelty is the first production electric machine of the Czechs, which has a fully electronic unit.

Skoda Citigo-eV divided the main components with components from the Volkswagen e-Up. An auto is driven by 83 hp electric motor. and 210 Nm. The engine helps the compact car to accelerate to the "hundred" in 12.5 seconds, and the "maximum speed" is 130 km per hour.

The motor powered by a 60.8 kW/h 60 amp battery pack, located under the floor of the car. Declared mileage without recharging - a maximum of 265 km. Different chargers will help to replenish the battery in 1-12.5 hours.

The serial edition of the Skoda Citigo-e iV will fall from the second half of this year. The price is still unknown.
