Skoda Kodiaq GT will be sold in Europe

The new Skoda cross-coupe will be the first car in Europe, which will cross the price threshold of the premium segment.

Earlier it was reported that the future Czech car will only go to China, but now the company says that Kodiaq GT will also go to Europe.

Skoda CEO Bernhard Meyer told media that the reaction of Europeans to their novelty is still exceeding all expectations. In the Britain the car will fall by the middle of 2018. The name of the Skoda Kodiaq GT Czechs is used to emphasize the sportiness of their car.

Mayer will add that the customers expressed great interest in the car. World car production is part of the company's plan, so the Czechs hope that the Volkswagen Group (owner of Skoda) will be able to find opportunities for this end of the year.

In the competitors Kodiaq GT is already credited with the future cross coupe Seat Coupé 2020 - the first car sub-branded Cupra.
