Renewed Skoda Kodiaq was presented
Skoda has held a presentation of an updated Kodiaq crossover, which debuted five years ago.
The restyled car has acquired a changed appearance, modern electrical systems, and a more powerful engine in a sporty version.
The new model differs from its predecessor by narrowed headlights with separate LED lights, rear LED-light, and a six-angled radiator grille with an expanded air intake. The model will also please with embossed sidewalls and wheel disks in a different design.
The interior hasn't changed much. The new will be a 2-spoke steering wheel with new decorative inserts. The seats can be fabric, combination, or leather and are environmentally friendly (recycled).
Highlights inside the car is a customizable virtual dashboard, an improved infotainment system with touch screens of 8.0 and 9.2 inches. There will also be a Canton audio system with 8 to 10 speakers.
The novelty engine compartment includes a 1.5-liter gasoline "turbo-four" with a 2.0-liter 190-horsepower supercharged unit. The types of diesel are as follows: a 2.0-liter 150-horsepower unit and a 200-horsepower unit. The engines are provided with a manual or seven-speed robot, plus a robot transmission. The cross has front or all-wheel drive.
European sales of Skoda Kodiaq in a redesign will start this summer.
