New Skoda Superb debuts in late May

Skoda showed the first teaser of an updated Superb. The auto will be available as liftback and wagon.

The novelty officially debuts in 3 weeks at the Ice Hockey World Championship, which will be held in Bratislava.

The new car is different in optics, bumpers of aggressive form and latest radiator. Superb will receive modified lights, which are connected by a new chrome line. The salon will receive a new 'tidy' and a huge multimedia screen. Security systems will come from the Passat model.

A new 1.5-liter 4-cylinder gasoline turbo engine for a car will work with a function to shut off 2 cylinders during minimum loads. Even for Europe, the new car will appear with a hybrid installation, which will consist of a 1.4-liter gasoline unit with 4 cylinders and an electric unit.
