New Skoda Fabia undergoes tests in the body of the Volkswagen Polo

Skoda is actively testing the new generation Skoda Fabia on the road. The famous Czech car still has a Volkswagen Polo body.

Hatch Fabia is made on the MQB-A0 architecture. The same platform is at the heart of the new Seat Ibiza and Audi A1. The latest products' exterior will resemble Skoda cars, like the Scala, Octavia, and Kamiq.

The engine range includes naturally aspirated 3-cylinder gasoline engines and turbo engines operating with a "mechanic" and "robot" for two clutches. There are no diesel units.

Perhaps the new generation Fabia will increase in size, which will give it an even more spacious interior.

The new Skoda Fabia is expected to hit the shelves in 2021.
