Hybrid Skoda Octavia RS declassified design
Skoda has distributed another drawing of the new Octavia RS iV.
A rechargeable hybrid with a Cupra Leon installation will debut in Geneva, as will the “off-road” Kamiq Scoutline.
The differences of the Skoda Octavia RS iV are hidden in the black radiator and the similar decor of the Air Curtain air ducts on the front bumper, Aero Flaps flaps on the stern, diffuser, 2-color wheels, red brakes, and RS-spoiler.
The power plant of the “hot” liftback was equipped with a 1.4 TSI turbo engine for 150 hp, an 85-kilowatt electric motor, and a 13-kilowatt-hour lithium-ion battery, which together develop 245 hp and 400 Nm. A similar bunch is used in the new Cupra Leon. Electric traction allows the liftback to drive 55 km through the WLTP cycle. In addition to the hybrid, the RS-line will acquire a version with a 2.0-liter petrol and diesel unit.
