After a long discussion, Rolls-Royce will accept a production decision on its SUV this year. 

The automaker has been considering all pros and cons of entering the ultra-luxuriant SUV market before adopting the decision. The company’s CEO stated that they have made progress in understanding of how the project can work and evaluating options. They were thinking of what is needed to bring the project to life.

The company has been gaining sales ground during the last five years. An SUV might help Rolls in its growth. Both overall sales numbers and average transaction prices at Rolls-Royce have been climbing up.

The model might become a competitor to an upcoming Bentley SUV.
