Renault may merge with Fiat Chrysler

Renault representatives officially confirm that they are negotiating with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles on a joint merger with an equal 50/50 membership.

As the Reno press service informs, the company received a proposal from FCA regarding merging with equal shares of the business. Today, on May 27, Renault will hold a meeting on the board of directors to discuss a possible deal.

FCA similarly confirmed the negotiations.
