Renault Captur will be a hybrid

The French edition AutomobileMagazine recognized the specific technical parameters of the second-generation Renault Captur hybrid variant.

A new version of the model will be making for 2020. The car will be able to drive 45 km on one electric traction. The hybrid power plant of the SUV will include 1.6-liter aspirated gasoline with a power of 90 horses. The unit will be working with a 70-horsepower electric motor and a starter-generator — a total of about 160 hp.

A set of batteries with a power of 9.8 kWh can be overcome with electric traction up to 45 km without recharging. The novelty will be able to maximize the speed of such a regime of 135 km/h.
