French Debut of Peugeot 208 Like Defined, Rest of Europe Soon to Follow

A limited edition model with an odd name 208 Like has obtained a domestic debut date, but it will take some time to see it in other European countries.

Customers will opt for vehicles with either three or five doors as well as a full range of scheme solutions: red, black, blue, shining grey and white. White wheels are meant to be a bright accent on any of the coats. Apart from that the exteriors will be distinguished by contrasting elements including mirrors, grille and name badges.

Inside the cab the colouring is even more diverse. Be ready to see a lot of whiteness applied to door details, dash board elements and even seatbelts and seat seams. Upholstery is finished in darker colours like black and blue.

An abundance of standard options in the limited edition will please everyone. In 208 Like one can be safe about pressure in the tyres, enjoy climate control, electronic stability and anti-lock braking as well as comfortable devices and audio system, windows on electric drive and full package of air bags. Powerplant department is presented by petrol and diesel engines, the latter being larger in volume but producing the same 67 hp. Gearbox is manual, for five speeds.

So far only the petrol engine vehicle has received a price tag – the French should expect to pay at least €10,500 for Peugeot 208 Like.
