875 HP for Vision GT Concept from Peugeot
Peugeot is going to become the last producer to reveal its Vision GT concept.
Peugeot’s entry to the Vision GT series of the French producer is just right in with earlier released Vision GT concepts. It sported a 1:1 power-to-weight ratio having 875 kg and 875 hp. In the virtual rendering, this is a 0-62 mpg in just 1.73 seconds. The concept promises an outstanding driving experience for the gamers.
Kazunori Yamauchi, the creator, challenged producers to develop outstanding visionary and unique concepts which push the range of engineering and design. He did this in order to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Gran Turismo franchise. More than 15 vehicles have been developed for GT 6 since them. A lot of those vehicles are borderline crazy, alike the Chevrolet Chaparral.
The automaker started working together with Peugeot Sport in order to develop the supercar. It is only 41 inches tall and has no any aerodynamic features. Peugeot explains that this is because of the body design. It is not enough to effectively put the vehicle on the road. The Vision GT concept is equipped with a 3.2-litre turbocharged six-cylinder engine. The engine is joined to a 6-speed manual gear box and a four-wheel drive system. There are beefy 22-inch wheels and tyres at the front. In the same time there are 23-inch counterparts at the rear part of the car.
Grand Turismo 6 gamers will have a possibility to take the model under consideration for a spin soon. It also will be possible to get it as a free update to the game on the PlayStation 3.
