See the Futuristic Interior of Opel GT Concept

The Opel GT Concept is boasting its cabin before the official premiere at this year’s Motor Show in Geneva.

In January, Opel and Vauxhall showed the GT Concept hinting at a future possible sports vehicle. The producer has shown pictures of the vehicle’s cabin. You won’t find any buttons inside the car. There is a central touchpad that controls functions in place of regular knobs and buttons. Besides, the driver can speak to an HMI (Human Machine Interface). The manufacturer says that with the lapse of time, the system can even understand habits of the owner. Opel compares the HMI to a friend sitting on the passenger seat. It is able to recognize if the owner wants to “chill out” or “hi-hop”.

The two-seater concept vehicle is red-and-black inside. There are pods on the side of the helm. They serve as rear-view monitors replacing regular side mirrors. Opel offers “an exciting drive” pleasure. The pedals and the helm can be adjusted electrically down. Meanwhile the low beltline of the doors gives a casual arm position.
