New Opel Corsa appears on the first photo

Opel decides to share with the public by first official snapshots of a Corsa new generation.

The premiere of this car should be already this year. Since the end of 2018, the model has been actively tested in northern Sweden in Lapland at temperatures up to -30 degrees. The car passed tests and on public roads, and on icy routes. The company said that they need to adjust the chassis so as to get the best balance between safety, comfort and driving pleasure.

A new generation of Opel Corsa will be making on a Common Modular Platform, present in many machines of the PSA alliance. The architecture allows reducing the weight of a car by 100 kg. The engines are expecting to have a 1.2-liter 3-cylinder unit at different forcing stages.
