2018 Leaf From Nissan Boasts 150 Mile Range
The next year’s Leaf from Nissan was officially presented in Tokyo ahead of being marketed in the U.S. next year.
The unit has a 150-mile driving range. It costs $29,990. Lots of customers who want to purchase an electric vehicle will like this model. The model receives power from a 40 kWh battery and an 80-kilowatt electric motor with 147 hp and torque of 236 lb-ft. The car’s top speed is limited to 87 mph. The automaker assures that a quicker variant featuring more power and larger battery pack will come out in 2 years.
The vehicle’s cabin is heavily upgraded. It benefits from a high-definition 7-inch infotainment set-up with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. There also will be a new TFT instrument display.
According to the producer, the next year’s Leaf will be marketed in all 50 states of America in the beginning of next year.
