100th Birthday Of Mitsubishi's 1st Car Comes With A Twist!
The Model A from Mitsubishi will be recreated and substantially upgraded for Mitsubishi Motors’ 100th birthday.
Mitsubishi Motors’ North American person stated that it is going to recreate the 1917 Model A in conjunction with West Coast Customs.
As far as we know, the initial Model A was originated on the Fiat Tipo 3. It used a 2.8-litre V4 motor with 26kW of power.
The recreated offering will be equipped with a variant of the “platform of the brand’s most technologically advanced vehicle” which is the Outlander Plug-in Hybrid.
So, it’s drivetrain can be described as a 2.0-litre petrol unit, 2 electric motors, all-wheel drive capability and a 12kWh battery. The total output stands at 120 kW.
The recreation of the Model A should be completed this summer. It is seen as a high-end vehicle for businessmen and high-ranking officials.
