MINI removed extra models

MINI slightly simplified the model line by removing a number of modifications from it.

Changes began their work only in the UK, but the company said that they will affect the rest of the car market.

As Autocar wrote, each MINI model now has only 3 design options: Classic, Sport, Exclusive.

• Classic is basic and the simplest in equipment.
• Sport - supplemented by the John Cooper Works body kit, sports seats and sandwiched suspension.
• Exclusive - has a leather trim with advanced equipment.

Additionally, versions are provided with various optional packages. A serious change - the gamma of hatchbacks said goodbye to each diesel option.

By the way, starting November 1, MINI cars using the 'simplified' system will be available for order via the company's website.
