Posaidon has upgraded the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG to 830 HP and 1,350 Nm
German tuner Posaidon has adjusted a significant power upgrade for the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG.
The G-Class is always actual, this is the reason why a lot of aftermarket designers are still working on the famous off-roader. It looks more apealing in the AMG guise. Posaidon has prepared a comprehensive upgrade set for the G63 AMG. In its stock configuration the offering is capable of producing 544 hp (or 400 kW) and torque of 760 Nm (or 560 lb-ft). It is equipped with a twin-turbo eight-cylinder 5.5-litre engine.
The tuner has changed the regular turbochargers on ones having more power. Posaidon has also dealed with intercooler and air intake system. The variant has received a revised 7G-Tronic transmission, remapped engine ECU, and a custom sports exhaust. The gearbox can handle no less than 830 hp (or 610 kW) and torque of 1,350 Nm (or lb-ft).
Although it has sheer weight and size, the car will need just 4.2 seconds before 62 mph (or 100 km/h). Therefore, it will be 1.2s quicker than the regular model. There is no top speed stated , but Mercedes-Benz has put ellectronical limit on the off-roader to 130 mph (or 210 km/h).
