Pick-up Mercedes-Benz X-Class turned into a house on wheels
Mercedes-Benz will show 2 camper concepts with a base from the pickup X-Class.
The premiere will be held at the tourist exhibition Caravan, Motor, Touristic (CMT). The cars were made by the firms Tischer and VanEssa.
The first concept was implemented residential module width of 150 cm and a height of 2 m. The cabin has a bed, a kitchen with 3 burners, 3 chairs, a folding washbasin, a rotary toilet, and a bathroom with a shower.
The second prototype is equipped with a pull-out module, which consists of a fully-functional kitchen, a refrigerator, storage boxes.
By the way, the car is sold with 2 turbocharged diesel engines 2.3 liters per 163 hp. (403 Nm) and 190 hp. (450 Nm). Mercedes-Benz X-Class after a while will have a diesel 3.0-liter V6 at 258 hp. and 550 Nm. Pick-up is available with a pluggable or permanent all-wheel drive.
