New Mercedes-AMG GLA 45 was provided with 421 hp engine
Mercedes-Benz presented the AMG modification of the GLA 45 SUV. The novelty was equipped with a 2.0-liter Affalterbach M139 gasoline engine.
The four-cylinder engine in the Mercedes-AMG GLA 45 is the most powerful in the world. The engine power is 387 horsepower and 480 Nm.
The power unit operates with an 8-speed automatic transmission and 4Matic + all-wheel-drive system. The car is equipped with adaptive suspension AMG Ride Control for 3 options of tinctures. The first 100 km per hour are typed by the vehicle in 4.4 seconds. As much as possible in a car, you can accelerate to 250 km per hour.
In the modification GLA 45 S, the power of the 2.0-liter unit increased to 421 horsepower from 500 Nm. 100 km/h with such a change of the cross is typed in 4.3 seconds.
From the standard version of GLA, the new car can be distinguished by substantial air intakes, massive wheel arches, a sports exhaust system, a spoiler, 21-inch wheels, and aggressive bumpers. The interior has sports seats and a digital dashboard with a different design.
Officially, the car will be shown to the public at the Geneva Motor Show in a week. The implementation of the model in Europe will begin this summer.
