730 hp for Mercedes-AMG GT S from Mansory
Mansory has shown its innovated tuning program for the Mercedes-AMG GT.
The offering will be introduced at the Motor Show held in Geneva. It rides with an aggressive wide body set that spreads on wheel arch extensions, extended side skirts and a sportier rear bumper featuring an integrated rear diffuser. The model boasts a front lip spoiler, a famous rear wing and a ventilated carbon fibber hood. The vehicle has been fitted with 21-inch lightweight alloys.
The outstanding styling spreads to the cabin. You will find carbon fibber sports seats, “carbon fabric” flooring and red carbon fibber trim. The GT S also benefits from alloy pedals, premium leather upholstery and illuminated door sill plates.
The 4.0-litre biturbo eight-cylinder unit can be found under the vehicle’s hood. Larger turbochargers, a stainless sports exhaust system Mansory also fitted the model with an optimized ECU enabling the vehicle to generate 730 hp. With this extra power the car accelerated from 0-62 mph in 3.4 seconds and its top speed in 205 mph.
Compare it with the regular Mercedes-AMG GT S: it gives out 510 hp and sprints from 0-62mph in 3.8 seconds. Its electronically limited top speed stands at 193 mph.
